PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clerical duties and maintaining electronic files
- Scanning and filing accounts payable
- Assist with maintaining client data bases
- Scanning client info and verifying
- Filing tax folders and documents
- Assist with audit report assembly
- Assemble tax return folders
- Assist with restocking of office supplies
- Cover phones and front desk when needed
- Support tax staff when necessary
- Pickup and delivery of company assets
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
- Associates Degree
- Interested in pursuing a degree in Tax or Finance
- High School degree or GED (Pursuing Business degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Available to work 20-30 hours a week
- Availability to work overtime during peak periods throughout the year
- Office 365 proficient
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage project timelines and proficiency utilizing technology
- Successful completion of a background check
- Valid credentials to work in the U.S.
- Valid Driver’s License
