With significant experience in construction, Rushton has provided sound counsel for years in bonding, lending and other financial areas that are key factors for any builder or developer.
No one has to tell you: it's tougher than ever to maintain your competitive edge in the construction industry. New regulations, fluctuating materials cost, consumer hesitancy, an uncertain labor pool - a number of factors can make your business goals seem out of reach.
Rushton's Business Services Team can help you see issues more clearly and advise you in making smart business decisions for long-term growth and viability.
In order to stay up-to-date on local, national and international industry trends, we attend pertinent construction seminars such as workshops of the Georgia chapter of the American Subcontractors Association and the annual National Construction Industry Conference hosted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Staying informed helps us help you in the four key areas of our service: construction operations, bonding, financing and taxes.
Rushton's construction accounting experience began with residential home contractors and expanded to commercial subcontractors and general contractors. Through experience and study, we've become experts on complex construction accounting and tax methods, financing, bids and performance bonds.
The business advantages we offer you are enhanced by the experience of our Business Services Management Team, headed by Perry Barnett, CPA. Perry was formerly a banker performing loan and credit reviews for numerous projects, including large construction jobs. The fact that we've worked with hundreds of related businesses over the years means we're able to bring greater creativity to bear on your operation. Solid counsel for all aspects of your business.
And because you, as the owner, are building a future, we also work with you one on one, on the personal finance side, to optimize your planning and coordinate between your individual and business affairs.
Rushton will help you improve performance and position your business for growth.
