GAINESVILLE, Ga. (May 4, 2016) — Rushton has named Nicholas Bruner, CPA, as a partner at its Northeast Georgia-based accounting and business consulting firm.
Bruner, who serves as Director of Corporate Audit and Consulting, specializes in for-profit corporate audits and reviews. He also maintains International Audit Standards for the firm and educates Rushton staff on new accounting standards and financial statement presentation.

Bruner, who joined Rushton Company in 2005, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Valuation Analyst. He currently serves as the president of the Georgia Society of CPA’s Northeast Chapter.
Active in the community, Bruner is the president of the Gainesville Jaycees. He also serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Georgia – Northeast District, and the United Way of Hall County Finance Committee.
