GAINESVILLE, Ga. (July 2008) — Rushton has completed a major office building expansion that more than doubles its available space with additional staff offices, a digital center and conference rooms.
Over the last four years in particular, Rushton has demonstrated tremendous growth, increasing its 12-member professional staff to nearly 30 employees.
The new 8,800 square feet addition provides much-needed space for the accounting firm, which is located in a rapidly emerging medical corridor along Enota Drive in Gainesville. Healthcare business consulting and accounting is one of the firm’s specialized fields of expertise.
“We’d outgrown the existing offices and needed to expand the physical space in relation to the expansion of our business growth – not only in the medical arena but across the board with our general business and specialty areas,” said Anthony Shope, firm administrator.
The expanded building includes 15 new offices, two conference rooms, a kitchen and an office services room on the upper level. The lower level houses two conference rooms and a central computer network room with access-restricted security technology.
A Business-After-Hours event organized by the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce was held in July 2008 to officially unveil the new offices to the lo cal business community and clients of Rushton.
